- Are there any rooms with a private bathroom attached?
No, the Hotel has nine rooms, with four shared bathrooms accessed in common hallways. All bathrooms are able to be locked once inside and provide beautiful tiled showers, a toilet, and vanity. Shampoo, conditioner, and Body wash are provided. Inside each room towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and bathrobes are provided. We ask that no personal items are left in bathrooms as they are cleaned regularly and personal items will be removed if found.

- What is provided in each room?
In addition to our comfortable beds and bedding, each room has a kitchenette holding a sink, microwave, mini fridge, Keurig, k-cups, creamer, disposable coffee cups and drinking cups. We also provide basic toiletries such as Q-tips, make-up remover wipes, and ear plugs. For extra comfort bathrobes and sound machines are provided. Each room is equipped with an individual heat pump unit for personalized preferences for heat or AC.

- How many floors does the hotel have?
The Hotel is all on one level. When accessing from the back parking it is at street level with no stairs. When accessing from Downtown Front St, you will need to take a flight of stairs up to the rooms and common area.

- Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available to hotel guests ONLY.

- How do I access the Hotel?
We do not have a concierge onsite. Before arriving, please make sure you have received your check-in instructions by email - which will provide you with both an access code to get into the Hotel, your room number, and your room code. These instructions will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your check-in time. If you have not received them by 4pm on the day before your check-in, please reach out to us.

- How am I charged and what is the cancellation policy?
Upon booking you will be charged a $50 deposit from 360 Home Finder, the management company for the hotel. Three days prior to your arrival you will be charged the remaining balance. Reservations are fully refundable up until 3 days prior to check in (4pm cut off). 50% Refund if cancelled before 24 hours of check-in. No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours of check-in. The charge on your bank account will show as 360 Home Finder.

- Are there pet friendly rooms?
No, we apologize but Hotel Scandi is not pet friendly.

- Is Smoking allowed?
No smoking is permitted within 25 feet of the building.

- Can I reserve the whole hotel for a large gathering?
Absolutely! There is a listing on the website for reserving the whole hotel for your group of up to 24. There is a two night minimum for these reservations and a 30 day cancellation policy. Please reach out to Hotel Scandi for more information, a request to tour the hotel, and booking questions!
